From South Jersey, Dr. Tai Ha attended Rutgers, where he earned his bachelor’s degree, followed by his Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Soon after, he was accepted to the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He has been practicing dentistry for a decade and is extremely proud to be a part of the Trojan family. Fight On!
While in dental school, Dr. Ha founded the Dental Technologies Club at USC, where he introduced fellow students to the latest technologies to improve diagnoses and treatments for patients. He has incorporated this same vision into his style of practice today with a heavy emphasis on modern dental technologies, including digital oral and facial scanning, 3D printing, in-office milling, digital smile design, AI technology, and more.
He is certified to administer Botox therapeutically, certified in soft tissue laser surgery by the World Clinical Laser Institute, and holds certifications in Invisalign and ClearCorrect. Additionally, he is a fellow of the International Dental Implant Association. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association and is pursuing accreditation status with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Ha continues to expand his knowledge in the field of dentistry by training with world-renowned doctors and regularly attends specialized dental seminars to provide long-lasting, predictable, and beautiful dentistry. Each year, he accrues over 100 hours of continuing education to enhance his knowledge and benefit his patients. This includes minimally invasive biomimetic dentistry, digital smile design, 3D printing, guided implant surgeries, fully digital dental workflows, and dental photography. One of Dr. Ha’s most significant achievements is training with Dr. John Kois, who is renowned for educating dentists from around the world to deliver dental care of the highest caliber.
Dr. Ha loves to give back through volunteer work. He and his colleagues have made numerous humanitarian trips to developing countries, including Kenya, Jamaica, and the Philippines, providing hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of free dental care to those in need. One of his primary motivations is to provide a comfortable, pain-free dental experience that exceeds his patients’ expectations, ultimately leaving them with a happy, healthy smile.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle that includes diving and snowboarding. He also enjoys modifying cars, playing poker, and exploring computer technology (Fun fact: I designed and manage this entire site, so thank you if you’ve made it this far). Additionally, he follows and trades cryptocurrencies.
