Do I Qualify to Use Proclaim Oral Health System?
We recommend this unit for adults, or those with all their permanent teeth, however, under certain circumstances, we do not recommend this unit for those who fall under these categories: You plan to be, or are currently in active orthodontic treatment (because your teeth are moving), plan to have extensive dental work done (ie. dental implants, bridges, multiple crowns or veneers, gum surgery) or have All-On-X prosthesis (the unit is not designed for these situations).
You must have at least one molar or premolar in each quadrant of your mouth (because we need to be able to use a special bite shim to scan your teeth).

Can I Share my Unit with Family Members?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your unit and practice good oral health with your entire family. The only requirement would be that they would need their own custom mouthpiece. Custom mouthpieces are $399 and require a digital scan of your mouth (done at our office).
I Need to Replace My Mouthpiece
If you lost your mouthpiece or it was damaged, a replacement can be made for $249. The replacement will be an exact duplicate of your original mouthpiece; there cannot be any changes made to your it. Please contact Proclaim directly.
